A Ball, not a Chair
This had never crossed my mind, but evidently many people are finding extraordinary health benefits from sitting on exercise balls instead of office chairs. I think I’m going to give it a try.

My wife has an exercise ball which we used during her pregnancy to ease the pressure on her back. I’ll probably try at home first to see if I’m falling like a drunken sailor. My coworkers will likely think I’m a nut when I bring it into the office, but I’m sure they’ll get used to it.

That was actually an interesting read. I used to have lower back issues, and they said it was in part to my posture in my office chair (and basketball). I might just try this too since I will be back to a home office soon.
I imagine the first day or so I might be falling off….he.
